The Broker/Owner of Real Living Coastal Real Estate; Joe grew up with real estate in his blood.Both of his parents are licensed real estate agents with his mother having gone on to enjoy a long and very successful career as a real estate office manager. Joe credits his parents not only for his start in the business but, also as his mentors, for his success in the industry.
With his start in 1999 as a property manager followed two years later by a transition to residential sales, Joe has a well rounded background in both the sales and rental markets. With a successful residential sales career based in specializations in new construction as well as selling properties other agents could not sell, Joe made the decision that it was time to move into a management role. The move into ownership came after managing two offices for a large residential brokerage followed by a position as operations director for a smaller private brokerage. From day one in the industry, Joe knew he wanted to manage and eventually own a real estate brokerage. In his own words he “geeks out on the business side of real estate” so ownership is a natural fit.
Joe’s foundational belief is that Brokers and Owners should provide the resources and training which allow agents to have a balanced life while achieving their desired level of sales success. With that thought in mind; Joe runs his business based on a simple creed:
