Susannah Green had an extensive career in design and marketing prior to joining the real estate industry and holds degrees from both Wellesley College and Massachusetts College of Art. Susannah is an expert at promoting and advertising client listings. She sells homes that other realtors cannot sell with her marketing and pricing strategies. Susannah is a Scituate resident with long-standing roots in the community and she is raising her son in her hometown. She is very familiar with Scituate and the surrounding towns of the South Shore as well as other communities south of Boston, bringing a wealth of knowledge to her clients. She has also lived in other parts of the United States and has traveled around the world which has given her a broad perspective on how lifestyles vary depending on where you live and play a role in the home you choose.
In her free time, she does pro-bono design work for the non-profit organization Friends of Scituate Dog Park, volunteers for the Scituate Historical Society, and helps with various fundraising efforts as needed.
